Information used by the directory
When you continue with ChatGPT, CESA receives an account identifier and email, and may receive your display name. We store your business profile, event submissions, posters and review history to operate the directory. CESA does not collect your ChatGPT password.
Public and private information
Approved event descriptions, posters, organiser names and the contact details you choose for those events are public. Draft submissions, account email addresses and moderation notes are restricted to the relevant organiser and CESA administrators.
How it is used
Information is used to link events to their organiser, review listings, display approved events and allow visitors to contact businesses. Essential sign-in technology supports account access. This version does not use advertising pixels or a marketing newsletter.
Hosting
The website, directory records and uploaded images use Sites-managed hosting and storage. OpenAI’s own terms and privacy information govern your ChatGPT account and sign-in.
Updating or removing information
You can edit your profile and manage events in My Events. Contact CESA to request removal of your profile or a listing, or to raise a privacy concern. Cancelled or past event pages may remain visible until removed; contact details can be updated through the review process.
External links
Organiser websites, Instagram, map links and your email or phone application operate independently. Information you send directly to an organiser is handled by that organiser.
