Listing guidelines

What to list
Submit cannabis-related workshops, conferences, festivals, expos, networking gatherings and online events relevant to the South African community. Each listing should describe a real event with a clear date and organiser.
Accurate, useful details
Include the event’s full location, start and end times, a readable poster and working contact details. State entry requirements and any age restrictions clearly. Keep dates and venue information up to date.
Permission to publish
Use images and logos you own or have permission to share. Publish only contact details that you are authorised to make public. Do not submit misleading claims, impersonation, spam, private information or unlawful offers.
Review and changes
Business accounts and event submissions are reviewed separately. Approval of an account does not automatically publish an event. Changes to a published event are reviewed while the approved version stays visible.
Cancellations
Cancel an event promptly from My Events if it will no longer take place. For a postponement, cancel the original date and submit a revised listing, or request an update before the original date.
How enquiries work
Visitors contact the organiser directly by email or phone. CESA does not take bookings, sell tickets or collect payments through this directory.
